Our quality policy is the backbone that supports all the departments of Eurosandow.
Our priority is to guarantee our customers products that are safe and comply with industry standards.
With this in mind, we have made the strategic choice to fully internalise the manufacturing process of our products. This control over our production chain allows us to ensure that every product we manufacture meets the most high quality standards.
All products designed in our factories, whether in France or in Romania, are tracked throughout the production process.
Thanks to our ERP system, we are able to ensure complete traceability of every product. We are therefore able to precisely identify the batches of components used, the machine on which the product was manufactured, and even the operator who supervised its production.
Our finished products are submitted to rigorous quality tests to ensure that our products are complaints with the technical specification determine during conception.
Rigorous quality control
Our teams carry out a series of tests to make sure that the sample retains the properties required to guarantee the product’s functions.
We carry out all the usual tests (according to Nissan Renault, PSA, Toyota, Volvo, Ford, BMW, VW, JLR test methods):
- Flammability tests
- Odour tests
- Fogging
- Sweat tests
- Ageing
- Strength and elongation
- Breaking strength
- Fatigue tests
This allows us to provide our customers with documentation or certificates of conformity to guarantee products’ quality.
