Knitting enables us to manufacture nets, elastic cables and cords. Our products are manufactured using a sophisticated process of interlaced knitted fabrics tied with needles.
We have 19 high-performance machines for the production of our products:
– 11 net knitting machines: Able to produce single or double bed nets, these machines allow us to create high-quality, and reliable nets.
– 8 cable knitting machines: Specifically dedicated to the production of elastic cables, they ensure the rapid and efficient production of robust and reliable cables.

Applications
Automotive
In the automotive industry, knitting is used to manufacture nets, elastic cables and lifting and tightening strings. Nets are used in the boot and behind the seats to hold and secure objects or luggage.
Knitting also allows us to design tightening cords used to assemble upholstered car seats, but also elastic cords, tensioning cords, fastening strings for nets and accessories on seats. They are also used to secure tarpaulins on trucks and other transport vehicles.
Aeronautics
In aeronautics, nets can be placed on cabin seats to store documents and safety instructions. They are assembled on a stainless steel frame and comply with current fire safety standards.
Rail
In the rail sector, nets are used for storage, but also as safety nets to prevent objects or luggage stored at height from falling.
