Eurosandow manufactures a full range of elastic and non-elastic cords, ropes, and halyards. Available in diameters ranging from 1.5 to 8 mm, our products come in different colours and materials to meet all your requirements.
We offer covers made from high-quality materials such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, cotton, polyamide, Kevlar, aramid, fiberglass and even copper, ensuring strength and durability.
The core of our cords can be made of natural latex, Fulflex, elastane, elastomer or EPDM. These materials are carefully selected to guarantee the best possible performance for every application.
We can advise you on the right choice of material and treatment, depending on the specific use of your cords.
Our experience in braiding has led us to develop a wide range of terminations for our cords (hooks, thimbles, ferrets, etc.), which can be crimped or overmolded onto our elastic cable and cords.
Our textile machinery (braiding, weaving, knitting looms, etc.), combined with our 30 different crimping machines and 5 manual or automatic overmolding presses, enable us to design a wide range of cord models.

Eurosandow supplies a wide range of custom cords to automakers, helping to equip different car models.
Our cords for boot lifts, rear parcel shelves and travel limiters are used in diverse configurations.
We also manufacture specific cords for trunk carpet handles. Our stringing cords are essential for the assembly of upholstered seats, while our elastic, tensioning and fastening cords are designed to secure nets and other seat-integrated accessories. In addition, we offer retaining cords for specific uses, such as securing oil cans.
Display and events
Our halyards are used to tighten curtains on stages for a variety of shows.
Packaging
We offer customizable drawstrings and drawstrings for advertising bags. Sturdy and elegant, they guarantee secure bag closure and product protection.
High-quality cords, ropes and halyards
The quality of our products is at the heart of our manufacturing process. We carry out several quality tests to guarantee the safety and reliability of our products.
We carry out fatigue or cycling tests to analyze a product’s ability to retain its technical characteristics and perform its function.
Unless specifically specified, our products should not be used above 75% elastic elongation. Our products must be used sensibly without taking needless risks. Our products should no longer be used if visible wear is detected.
