Webbing adapted to the requirements of your industry
Our webbing can be used in a wide range of applications
Automotive
Eurosandow specialises in the manufacture of three types of technical webbing for car seats. Our range includes
- Manoeuvring straps: facilitating seat modularity.
- Upholstery straps: to ensure seat stability.
- Tubular straps: for headliner restraints.
We work closely with manufacturers and equipment suppliers to design straps for vehicle interiors. For example, we design air bag retaining straps or retaining straps for tailgates or luggage compartments, retaining straps and handle straps.
Aeronautics
We manufacture tubular fastening straps used in the cabin to hold various items of equipment handled by the flight crew: service trolleys, emergency medical equipment.
These straps are generally woven to ensure optimum strength and elasticity.
We use quality materials such as polypropylene, polyester, cotton, polyamide, kevlar, aramid and fibreglass to manufacture technical straps that meet the requirements and standards of the aeronautical industry.
We also produce high tenacity fiber webbing (HMPE) for the manufacture of cargo net to obtain a lighter product with the same capacity.
Rail
Our long-standing expertise also enables us to meet the requirements of the railways sector, in particular with upholstery straps for train seats, but also straps used as webbing used for seat back pockets.
Industry
Our expertise in weaving, braiding and knitting means we can offer you technical webbing for a wide range of industrial applications.
Different finishes are available:
• straps with zamak buckles,
